Mr. Eslam Toba, Founder & CEO of Chapters Digital Solutions, participated in the 5th Creative Festival organized by the PR and Advertising Department at the Faculty of Mass Communication, October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA).
The festival, held on May 24, 2026, brought together students, faculty members, and industry professionals to celebrate creativity, academic excellence, and practical student work across areas including digital marketing, brand management, consumer behavior, digital storytelling, content creation, graphic design, and strategic communication.
Bridging Academic Learning and Industry Experience
One of the key objectives of the festival was to strengthen the connection between academic education and the professional market.
As part of this initiative, MSA welcomed a panel of industry leaders that included Mr. Eslam Toba, CEO of Chapters Digital Solutions, alongside Dr. Randa Muhammad, CEO of Bond Marketing, and Mrs. Fatma Mahmoud, CEO of Von Marketing.
Their participation allowed students to present their work directly to professionals from the digital marketing industry and receive exposure to the expectations, standards, and opportunities of the real workplace.
Recognizing Emerging Creative Talent
During the festival, the industry panel reviewed student projects and recognized the strong level of creativity and professionalism demonstrated by participants.
According to MSA University, approximately 19 students were selected for summer internship opportunities across the participating digital marketing agencies, giving them the opportunity to gain practical industry experience and further develop their skills.
For Chapters Digital Solutions, participating in initiatives like this reflects the importance of supporting young talent and helping students move from academic knowledge into practical experience.
Supporting the Next Generation of Marketers
At Chapters, we believe that the future of the digital marketing industry depends on creating stronger connections between education and real-world practice.
Through initiatives such as university events, workshops, internships, and industry collaborations, Chapters aims to help students better understand the skills, mindset, and experience required to build successful careers in digital marketing.
Mr. Eslam Toba’s participation in MSA University’s 5th Creative Festival reflects this commitment to supporting emerging talent and contributing to the development of the next generation of marketers, creatives, and communication professionals.
Another Step Toward Stronger Industry-Academic Collaboration
The MSA Creative Festival created a valuable space for students to showcase their work, interact with industry leaders, and gain direct exposure to professional opportunities.
For Chapters Digital Solutions, the event represents another opportunity to contribute to the growth of the marketing community in Egypt while building stronger connections between universities and the digital industry.
As Chapters continues to grow across Egypt and the MENA region, supporting education, talent development, and practical learning will remain an important part of the agency’s wider mission.
