Ourika is not a typical residential project. It is a closed community of 87 villas in 6th of October, each one designed around the idea that outdoor space is not a luxury add-on but the very core of how a home should feel. Shoura Developments built something genuinely distinct. The content strategy had to reflect that distinction without overpromising or under delivering on the reality of what the project is.
Objectives
Position Ourika as the most distinctive luxury villa community in 6th of October. Reach a qualified audience of high-intent buyers who value exclusivity, design, and a departure from conventional residential living. Turn social content into a consistent pipeline of serious inquiries rather than passive impressions.
Challenges
Luxury real estate is a crowded feed. Every developer in Egypt is posting renders and calling their project premium. The challenge with Ourika was standing out in a category where most content looks identical, and doing it for a project whose most powerful selling point, the feeling of space, intimacy, and outdoor living, is inherently difficult to communicate through a screen. Generic content would have buried it. The content had to be specific enough to attract serious buyers and distinctive enough to stop everyone else.
Solution
We built the content strategy around Ourika’s most uncommon quality: it is not trying to be everything to everyone. With only 104 units and 7 villa prototypes, the project has a natural exclusivity that most developments spend millions trying to manufacture. We let that scarcity lead. The visual approach treated each villa prototype as its own story, highlighting the architectural choices, the relationship between indoor and outdoor space, and the lifestyle that comes with owning something this considered. Every post was designed to attract the right buyer, not the biggest audience
